Fuji Oil Group Management Philosophy
The history of Fuji Oil began with our founding in 1950 and has continued through challenges and innovation.
During the period of import quota of raw materials of oils and fats such as soy bean and rapeseed, we looked toward tropical oils, and boldly forged ahead overseas. We have also believed in the limitless potential of soy protein ingredients and have taken up the challenge of technological innovation.
Embracing a founding spirit of ceaseless innovation and pioneering spirit, and our Basic Management Principles of accomplishing customer satisfaction and self-improvement, we have created new foods products through creative ideas, unique technology and proposals various to customers.
The Fuji Oil Group is now transitioning toward a Group headquarter system as we embark upon a new start.
Carrying forward the spirit that we have always valued, we hereby establish the Fuji Oil Group Management Philosophy that sets forth our mission, our vision, the values that regulate our actions, and our principles.
This Management Philosophy, the basis for our Group's governance, aims to share the values of all our Group employees and forms the foundation by which we set priorities in our judgments and actions.
