Fuji Oil has developed a wide variety of oil and fat products centering on specialty fats. They are used to adjust the quality of chocolates, make frying oils highly stable, and used as emulsification oils to enhance the food's flavor and texture. Based on the unique technologies that we have developed, we produce what the customer wants in order to help them create new delicious flavors. We were the first in the world to succeed in industrializing oil and fat separation fractionation technology. Our industrialization of enzymatic inter- esterification technology was also the first in the world, and it enabled the production of "hard butter" used to improve the function of chocolate.
