Fuji Oil Group's vision is " Together with our stakeholders, we will co-create a sustainable future for food, based on plant-based ingredients that are both delicious and healthy." To achieve this vision, we have been expanding our business since the 1970s, starting with the sale of edible oils and fats in Asia. Since the 1990s, we have expanded into the processed food sector, including chocolate and confectionery and bakery ingredients, and have been developing our business globally.

In 2012, we established Fuji Oil Asia Pte., Ltd., a regional headquarters, to manage group companies in Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region, centralizing functions such as sales, research and development, and raw material procurement. However, due to the rapid changes in the global economic and social environment following the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing geopolitical risks, it has become necessary to scrutinize and address issues affecting the entire supply chain and strengthen our response to sustainability. To adapt to these changes in the business environment, we have decided not to continue with the regional headquarters to better manage and allocate management resources, including human resources, and to promote and strengthen our business strategy more swiftly.

Fuji Oil Group will continue its activities in Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region. Fuji Oil Asia Pte., Ltd. will focus on business management through control functions such as finance and risk management, striving to strengthen the group's governance.
